Shipping and Returns

TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All USA orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex. All international orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or DHL. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Please contact info@rokit.one if you have any questions.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

You will receive an email from  info@rokit.one when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify info@rokit.one

 Any product shipped back to ROKIT as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility, will be subject to a $15 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to ROKIT at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the RTS Fee must be made payable through the original payment method.

Any product shipped back to ROKIT as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus original shipping costs paid) while instituting a $4-$8 restocking fee per item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WWW.ROKIT.ONE. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you. If you have any questions please contact info@rokit.one with proof and details of damage. 

Please note: We do not accept returns for ROKIT product not purchased from WWW.ROKIT.ONE.

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from WWW.ROKIT.ONE must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 DAYS of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund issued in store credit. To return an item(s) for store credit only, just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued to you. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

If you purchased an item from WWW.ROKIT.ONE and would like a different color, size or style, you will have 30 DAYS to do so. A new order will need to be placed once the unwanted item(s) is/are returned for store credit. Store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
