Shipping and Returns

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

To ensure your order will be shipped on time and to the correct address, we kindly ask that all international customers input their shipping address in English.

TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery for each order. 

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

 All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. 

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify inquiry@rokit.one

Express shipping is available for customers within the USA. 

Please allow 1 business day handling time for all orders placed with our Express Shipping option, and up to 2 business days for delivery.

 

All customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. 

ROKIT is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package. ROKIT will not replace any packages.

Any product shipped back to ROKIT as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus original shipping costs paid) while instituting a $4-$8 restocking fee per item.

RETURNS

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from WWW.ROKIT.ONE. Item(s) purchased from WWW.ROKIT.ONE may be returned within 30 DAYS of receiving shipment at the customers expense and must be must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund. 

Limited edition and sale items cannot be returned. 

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.

To receive the address for returns, you must obtain an RA# by emailing inquiry@rokit.one with details of your purchase and reason for return. 

Please note: We do not accept returns for ROKIT items not purchased from WWW.ROKIT.ONE
